Description:: A large map supports awe ctf ctfb sd dm tdm sab dom.

As the map seems very popular and have overwhelming positive feedback and at the request of some users and clans in different forums i have redone mp_fruville to the final stage. Changes are:

- Added headquarters gametype so now every gametype is covered
- Removed bin and lid from on top of the petrol tanks
- Removed [FRU]Elim sign from on top of the road sign
